1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, accessing Nyanglo, or accepting an invitation, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and authorized to act for any business you register.
2. Service changes
Nyanglo is under active development. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed. Availability, performance, data formats, integrations, and limits are not guaranteed. You should keep independent copies of information needed to operate your business.
3. Free plan
The current Free plan has no subscription charge and includes limited use, including up to 5 GB of managed media storage and other limits shown in the application. Free access is not guaranteed permanently. We may introduce, revise, or withdraw plans, limits, pricing, or eligibility after providing reasonable notice when the change materially affects current users.
4. Your business responsibilities
You—not Nyanglo—are the seller or service provider. You are responsible for your listings, prices, taxes, invoices, licenses, staff, availability, products, services, customer promises, safety, fulfilment, cancellations, returns, refunds, disputes, and compliance with applicable law. Nyanglo does not endorse or independently verify every vendor, product, service, customer, or transaction.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep credentials secure and provide accurate registration information. You must not use Nyanglo for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, infringing, unsafe, or prohibited activity; interfere with the service; bypass limits; scrape restricted information; upload malware; or access another tenant’s data. We may restrict or suspend accounts to protect users, the platform, or comply with law.
6. Customer data and content
You retain ownership of business content you submit. You grant Nyanglo a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use customer and staff information entered into Nyanglo.
7. Third-party services
Nyanglo may connect to authentication, storage, payment, messaging, delivery, or infrastructure providers. Their services and terms are separate. Interruptions, reversals, settlement delays, or acts of third parties may be outside Nyanglo’s control.
8. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free results. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nyanglo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Free plan will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Nyanglo during the previous three months or NPR 1,000. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We may change these Terms at any time. The updated version will show a new effective date. For material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice in the application or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using Nyanglo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, prolonged inactivity, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export supported data.
12. Governing law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Nepal will hear disputes. The parties should first attempt good-faith informal resolution.
